Assuming AAR is similar to JAR, it's really a zip file and it's the specification of the files within the zip that define it as being AAR. That would make this question more appropriate for my archive library, https://github.com/brendan-duncan/archive, where you can create zip files but it's entirely up to you to define the contents of the zip to make it an AAR, probably a manifest XML and some other files part of the AAR spec. I can't help you with the file contents to make it an AAR, that would be up to you.
