problem with refsim

Hi Bruce, we are users of your Refsim software for many years already. We've been trying to reach you in the e-mail and phone number that appears in your website but we never got an answer.

We need to use R454B refrigerant, but it's not in the database of Refsim so we'd like to add it.

Sorry for using this channel to contact but we are desperate.
