Brew SDL2 not found during build #434

Please add the following instructions to the Readme.

Doesn't build with brew sdl2 on MacOS Sequoia.

Solution:
Use the standard package for MacOS from:

https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/releases/tag/release-2.30.8

Follow the instructions inside the package. (Copy the SDL2 Framework to /Library/Frameworks)

Start dlangide, an error will popup with security warning. Enable the application in Settings / Privacy and Security.
