An option to anonymize dataset archives should be added.
Specifically, the fields that need to be anonymized are the following:

In info.json : info.rec_id.collection_info.user_name
In meta.json : speakers.name and speakers.email. collection.name might also expose some information that should be anonymized.

These values should be replaced with e.g. n/a at archive generation time.
