Jenkins is not correctly configured for nighly builds, incorrect branch and they don't seem to be working at all.
More doubts popped up, mainly:

Relevance of Automatic Tests
Carla Engine version used / how to update it or change branches
Should the content bucket be manually built for it to be used in jenkins builds
Setting up Windows builds
