Feature Request: Disable highlight in comments

I have a feature request and it is the ability to disable highlight on specific nodes. User can write their own specific functions to enable/disable highlighting on certain buffers or node. I know it can be disabled on certain buffers tho but maybe the function can do both.

This might be possible if we provide a hook to the user at some point in the matching/parsing process. I'll have to think about this.
