Jupyter kernel

To install the lollipop kernel necessary for notebook WwSmoothingKernel.ipynb, you can also use conda:

conda env create -f conda_ipylollipop_env.yaml
conda activate ipylollipop
python -m ipykernel install --user --name=lollipop
