We should add functions to replicate the methods outlined in the IAAO Data Quality Standard. Specifically, we can likely add functions for:

Appendix F. Sold and Unsold
Appendix I. Edge Case Identification
Appendix J. General Data Quality Score
Appendix K. Impact Identification
