As a user of the Design System, I want an accessibility statement consistent with other CDS and govt products :

• what makes the GC Design System accessible so that I feel confident when using it.
• when an accessibility issue does exist, so I can address, mitigate, or know when it will be fixed.
• that the team is committed to making GC Design System more accessible and addressing a11y issues I or others may raise.
• how I can report accessibility issues.

✅ Definition of Done / Outcomes

• Content incorporates information needed to meet EU standards to get ahead of the implementation.
• Content aligns with Notify accessibility statement
• Content includes an accessibility comparison of GCDS, WET, and Canada.ca.
• Content relates to additional research turned up about users and needs.
• Content is available on the website in EN and FR, that users can access, and provides detailed information on accessibility of the GC Design System as a whole
