Inconsistent use of "tags" within a cluster of cards results in the visual misalignment of headline links.

Acceptance criteria:

Card tag position doesn't cause visual misalignment of headline links
Card dimensions to use new desktop and mobile grid

Can this be done as part of a Card v2? The "misalignment" is not an actual issue but a visual preference.
