File upload component on Translation page shows non-existent "File upload:Option"

Description

Adding a "file upload" form element, adds these text inputs to the Translation page:

• File upload: Question
• File upload: Hint text
• File upload: Option

Found while building the new branding form: cm5pe65if0003vr69ladcmda7

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Staging
2. Add file upload
3. Input label and hint text content
4. Go to translations
5. See extra box for "Option"

Expected behaviour

No "File upload: Option" as it doesn't correspond to any part of the component in the "Edit" screen.
