Adjust alignment of required checkbox for "Verified address"

Description

For most form elements the required checkbox is top aligned to the component.

For verified address / AddressComplete in staging it is bottom-aligned and in close proximity to specific fields that it looks like it applies to only part of the whole component.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Staging
2. Sign in
3. Create form
4. Add form elements
5. Add verified address
6. Click required
