Update version mapping information between Chaos Mesh and Chaosd #405

The version mapping information between Chaos Mesh and Chaosd of old versions is as follows:

Chaos Mesh version	Chaosd version
v2.1.x	v1.1.x
v2.2.x	v1.2.x

It seems that the version mapping of newer versions should be as follows:
v2.a.x => v1.a.x

Chaos Mesh version	Chaosd version
v2.a.x	v1.a.x
v2.1.x	v1.1.x
v2.2.x	v1.2.x
v2.3.x	v1.3.x
v2.4.x+	v1.4.x

Is this correct?
