Restarted docker, performed scan across all libraries.
All meta images were added during the scan and appeared across all libraries.

Required time for the scan to refresh locations of all meta images.

Missing user shares for -all- users. Not carried over in restore.

FIXED. shared applicable libraries to users. reviewed existing users.

it would seem the location of config files for sharing libraries with users is further inside the tarball. The corruption in the `/appdata' restore referenced in Issue #1 prevented the restoration of these settings.
