Membership Application Page - Google Form reCAPTCHA Unfocused

When submitting the membership application on the website (https://chihacknight.org/membership/application), if reCAPTCHA is displayed, it is displayed at the top of the page. The whole page goes opaque, and it's not clear you need to scroll up to complete the reCAPTCHA.

As it's a Google Form, not sure much can be done about it. There doesn't appear to be any settings within the Google Form to change how it's displayed.
