In order for points to be awarded, the user should be able to specify whether they are "walking", "wheeling" or "Not Declared".
In order to be inclusive, to encourage the use of ROWs by all users, and to capture different types of information for OSM, we ideally need MOROW to allow the user to specify how they are using a ROW.
The following are initial thoughts:
"Walkers"- This ould be for walkers and runners,
"Wheelers"- This could include wheel chairs, cycles, etc.
"Not Declared"- In the spirit of software freedom, the user should have this option, in case they prefer not to say how they use a ROW.
What have I missed?
