Rich Presence doesn't update when listening to radio

Describe the Bug

The discord rich presence doesn't update when songs change on the radio station, specifically I haven't had a chance to test it with the other stations but I noticed it on Apple Music Chill

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start listening to Apple Music Chill
2. You'll notice it displays the first song but wait for it to go to another song and then it won't change.

Due to the nature of these radio stations, I don't believe they emit any events to MusicKit when their "current radio information" changes which probably causes this issue.

May want to consider reporting this to Apple as they can directly tie this into an event in MusicKit itself which will in result make that event fire properly in Cider.

I doubt Apple will do anything to feedbacks because in the past I've used that form and they don't usually do anything from what I've seen however perhaps Cider could just not display the song when streaming a radio station and just say the station name and so on, just an idea.
