Option to hear song/artist name with TTS before each song plays

I know this request is a little unusual, but I thought it might be possible given that Cider is not dependent on Apple Music for client features.
Having the song/artist name play before each song would make it much easier to passively expand your music knowledge without having to physically check the song/artist name every time, for me at least.
Not sure if there's anyone else who wants this feature, but I think it could help give cider a unique appeal.
