README.md and README_AUTOMATION.md are identical

I think now that we have three different READMEs, one for the manual SD-WAN deployment, one for the Ansible deployment and one for the Ansible workshop, that we should consider using the README.md to list all three and provide descriptions of each so that people can navigate to the appropriate workshop depending upon their goals.
