Release for hive v4 and ranger 2.5

Given that hive v4 ding and ranger 2.5 have been released, do they appear in the new version of these two services on ODP 2.4?

No they will not appear in this version, but should appear it the next one.
They just have been released and could not be intergrated in this release cycle.
