Platform as a Product encourages teams to collaborate, release, and adapt swiftly to market demands by adopting a user-centric approach. Embracing this concept can lead to several positive outcomes, such as increased adoption, removal of obstacles, and enhanced flexibility and scalability. By incorporating agile methodologies and leveraging software development principles, platform development can stay aligned with evolving market needs.

Building a framework will help the community better understand the Platform as a Product, how to get started, explore potential implementation methodologies, best practices, and how to measure its value.

The idea is to start with a blog series. Started already a persona content to be published as a blog. The content was presented as a lightning talk at the Tag App Delivery at KubeCon NA 2024 and was well received.

Thanks for the idea @varodrig! I think your idea of some blogs to start is spot on given there is complimentary work being done on other angles of platform as a product that can dovetail nicely into a future white paper if that makes sense.
