Review and probably change some values in the dropdown lists.
Not everything is relevant in CfA projects.
List especially in Audience and Purpose section should relate to the Taxonomy https://github.com/codeforamerica/civic-tech-taxonomy

Working on it.
At first, I'll hardcode the values as we have them in Taxonomy, it would be great to pull them directly from that repo.
