In Safari 9.1.2 on El Capitan if you click "Feedback" and then hit the back button the front-end goes into a state where the hover menu over the user name fails to appear. Maybe a bug with TurboLinks?
Try reproducing locally and in Safari to narrow down when this occurs.
Try the Safari Developer Preview to see if it has been fixed.
See if you see any hints about this in the console/web inspector.
See if it reproduces in Chrome and Firefox.
After determining the nature of the bug we can decide whether we want to aim towards fixing it with a workaround on our end or alternatively file a bug report with Apple.
