People can move away from Cambridge, or between apartments in Cambridge. How do we deal with these events if people are a member of an existing team? How do we reconcile their data between old and new residences?

People leaving Cambridge should leave the app, right? Or do we want their data to persist, for comparison reasons?
In terms of within Cambridge, we might have to treat people who move as if they were new users for a lot of things; their past energy usage doesn't really reflect on their new residences unless they move between very similar places, so we might just have to compare them not to their past usage but to other users in similar residences.
For teams, do we want team data to be compared to past data from that team, or should it just be computed based on the current data for its members?
