Feature Request: Support for Enabling/Disabling the 120-Ohm Resistor in SavvyCAN

To the SavvyCAN Development Team,

First, I would like to thank you for your great work in developing SavvyCAN. I am currently designing a CAN Bus data analyzer device compatible with SavvyCAN, and my design includes the feature to enable and disable the 120-ohm resistor.

I would like to suggest adding support for this feature in SavvyCAN, so that users can control the enabling or disabling of the 120-ohm resistor through the software. I believe this addition will increase the flexibility of the program and benefit many users who need this functionality in their projects.
