Feature Request: Message names from DBC in Filter-View

Hello,

I just started using savvycan and I am pretty impressed what this tool can do so far :)

I noticed that in the filter-view only the hex-IDs are shown. The filters would be more useful to me if I could see the matched message names like they are shown in the DBC Editing Window for example:

Edit: A filter not only for the whole message Frame but also individual Signals inside a message would be very helpful.
