[Bug]: Cloning applications into other servers not working

Error Message and Logs

There's no errors anywhere from what I can see (Console & Network tabs). I tried checking my Horizon dashboard mycoolify.com/horizon and there was no failed jobs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure you have 2+ servers.
2. Setup Trigger.dev (or any service) on your Server A
3. Go to Resource Operations and clone to your Server B
4. Check if there's a new cloned version in the destination server (in my case, it remained in Server A)

Additional Information

When I try to clone an application to a new server, it clones it successfully but clones to the exact same server it was already on.
In my case, I'm using Trigger.dev and trying to clone it onto a new server.

Reproduction is kind of tricky as it only happens to some applications, and sometimes not others.

Edit: Cloning apps that are databases or repos works. Services do not work.
