Hi,

I'm following the demo to try FEAST, however, I encountered the following issue:
Error in M_fn(alphas = curalphas, sources = sources, sink = sink, observed = observed, :
unused argument (options = options)

I did not load any other R packages except FEAST. I'm not sure how to fix it. Thank you.

Hello, I'm from the lab that created the tool. Are you sure that you are calling the correct function? I am not familiar with an M_fn command in this tool, and I didn't find any matches in the code. The main commands are: Load_metadata, Load_CountMatrix, and FEAST.
