Request help writing configuration file

Please help me!
I want to backup a WordPress site and its mariadb database to my S3 storage every 6 hours.
The documentation for this tool is poorly written, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t create a proper configuration file.
Could you please guide me on how to write the configuration file and what commands to execute step by step to set up this automatic backup?

Sadly I misplaced my crystal ball so you'll have to give more information than that 🔮

resticprofile is only a wrapper around restic, so you can find some documentation on how to backup a WordPress site using restic. Then you can probably create a configuration from the commands indicated in the documentation.

Also there's probably some existing Wordpress plugins doing exactly that (sorry I'm not using Wordpress so I don't know any but I'm pretty sure there should be some available)
