Can use the crowdcover/carto Vagrant as a starting point. It should

  1. Setup the osm2pgsql database and sync latest data
  2. Download and run Mapbox Studio as a server from the VM
  3. Use a virtual folder so studio is a running off the carto2 git clone on the user's machine

This means as long as the user is able to download and install VirtualBox and Vagrant, we will get a consistent experience, and won't have to worry about postgres, osm2pgsql, and studio versions.

Without the vagrant setup users would need to install PostgreSQL, PostGIS, osm2pgsql (not really possible on Windows), Mapbox Studio w/custom config for file paths.
