Build for Node.js

cd bindings_wasm
wasm-pack test --node
wasm-pack build --target nodejs

Build for the web

cd bindings_wasm
wasm-pack test --headless --chrome
wasm-pack build

Test the WASM bindings from Javascript (Node.js)
