Two Challenges

  • Notebooks needs to be in XML (JATS), not in supplementary material
  • Needs to also be reproduced computationally

These are two inter-related but separate problems. JATS can solve indexing, and a container (like git/meca/zip) can solve the other.

I love this. A suggestion would be to maybe add a sort of bottom line that indexing makes computational source viewable for reviewing, publishing, and archiving while the other makes the computational source executable. It might be obvious but thought I'd through it out...
