cant connect to api

Hi, I get an error message and don't know how to solve the problem "cant Connect to API". I have already tried different versions of the integration unfortunately without success if I download another integration from HACS then the connection works unfortunately I can't control the car so I wanted to try your integration do you maybe have an idea how I can solve the problem unfortunately I don't know where I get the error message protocol file so I haven't posted anything yet.

Of course I can provide all the data if someone tells me it works sorry.
