RxSwift version is out of date

Describe the bug

[!] CocoaPods could not find compatible versions for pod "RxSwift":
In snapshot (Podfile.lock):
RxSwift (= 6.1.0, ~> 6.0, ~> 6.1)

In Podfile:
ComposableArchitecture (from [email protected]:dannyhertz/rxswift-composable-architecture.git) was resolved to 0.8.0, which depends on
RxSwift (> 5.1.1)
RxSwift (> 6.1)
Specs satisfying the RxSwift (~> 6.1), RxSwift (= 6.1.0, ~> 6.0, ~> 6.1), RxSwift (~> 5.1.1) dependency were found, but they required a higher minimum deployment target.
