- Can you include "trail periods" in the contract? I.e. for first 2 weeks can stop with 1 day

  • Bullet contents are good, wouldn't want to lose the content fully
  • Might be a bit long/too much to have in defining docs

Dan's original idea for was some kind of like checklist/guided risk assessment. The intention was to have a standard process for risk assessing a project, so that people can just go through the processes and not have to think about what they are doing, just answering some questions, and you get out a simple measure/picture of how risky a project is.

@lvlugov expressed interest in giving it a shot?

@benjamincerigo will make a card template for trello sales board to include a note/reminder to do the risk assessment for all potential projects before signing stuff.
