Use https://github.com/mapbox/geojson-extent to use bounding polygon of all attached spatial layers (MH geojson, NTH wms, csv-geo-au, kml, shp) as spatial extent of dataset.

Add button "get from spatial resources" and help text to spatial_form.html snippet.
