If installing the package with:

packages:
  - package: dbt-athena/athena_utils
    version: 0.5.0

it won't work, with the error message same as the title. However, lalalilo/athena_utils will work.

I'm away from keyboard, but the tag seems to be v0.5.0
Could you try to use that as version?

dbt Hub is a registry for dbt packages. Packages that are listed on dbt Hub can be installed like so:

I believe that we don't have a package in dbt hub.

packages:

  - git: "https://github.com/dbt-athena/athena-utils.git"
    revision: 0.5.0

The above should work, using git explicit reference.
