dim_customer lifetime spend is off

I'm not sure exactly what the issue is here but lifetime_spend in dim_customers looks off, see below:

I think we should not be referencing line_items here and only aggregating orders. Also I think we should bring the subtotal up from the seed all the way through the project so we can have full clarity on pre-tax, tax, total.
