[FEATURE]: Include Transceiver Information in idrac_gather_facts

Describe the solution you'd like
I'm trying to generate inventory information for our ITAM from iDRAC and syncing it into NetBox as inventory items. I'm missing Transceiver information in the output of the role.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could simply call the URI directly in my playbook but I think it'd be a nice addition to the role.

Additional context
I will probably take a crack at this myself as it seems quite simple to implement.
