Reflect tax/VAT in cart total price #199

Need to be able to apply the tax multiplier when using 'data-cart-render="total_price_money_with_currency"'

I'm sure this straightforward, I can use times 1.2 | money in rv-html attributes just fine just not on data-cart-render
