Shading in paragraphStyles and characterStyles

Setting shading on the fly in Paragraph or TextRun is ok. It works !!

I would like to define my shadings at style level when declaring my paragraphStyles and characterStyles (cleaner at document level if one want to change the colors after document building)

Nothing seems to work (the shading is not taking into account - reading in libreoffice) and i didn't find anything in the documentation

(the following approach does not seem to work #1399 (comment))

Is it me ? any raw guidelines ? is it implemented ?
