It's a few years old and looks like it could do with some edits and I'm not sure if all the code will work as intended.

I tried running the recipe in Colab & Binder but it could not install isatools - I think this is because there is a problem with the pyYAML version it depends on. I raised an issue here: ISA-tools/isa-api#570
