First example applications: Seat Adjuster and CarSim

We have now create a new repository for example applications: leda-example-applications

It's the source repo for the applications described in the Vehicle Apps documentation. The repo will contain technical documentation, use case description, build instructions and possibly source code.

The examples are being published as Docker containers on GitHub Packages, so that they can be easily installed into existing Eclipse Leda Quickstart instances.

• Seat Adjuster: the standard example used by Velocitas and Kuksa, moves a seat and shows the dataflow and architecture of SDV components. Demonstrates the use of the COVESA Vehicle Signal Specification and the Eclipse Velocitas Python SDK.
• CarSim: Demonstrates the use of Kuksa.VAL Databroker to update Vehicle Signals from a simulated physical driving model. It feeds current vehicle acceleration, speed and driving wheel information into the databroker.
