500 Error to Create a Vaccine

I'm setting up a Local version
I'm on the step of
Create a Vaccine from Tech Docs

• Click on the Vaccines tab. Fill in all the fields on the form, mark status as Active, and click on save
• You should see the new vaccine on the right pane in the list of registered medicines/vaccines
  But
  response to clicking on save Button of Vaccine returns me 500 Internal Server Error

Check the status of all services, if you are running docker-compose use docker-compose ps and restart if any service is not available / having error.

update: I resolved the issue by using 1.23.3 tag Version
