Featured image in a post is broken if you change theme (Hello >theme 2023)

Good morning
On the occasion of a procedure to settle a problem
I changed from theme Hello to theme 2023
On this occasion I saw that the header image was modified by the default image
the publisher in both cases is gutenberg
the default header image is set via a model's loop grid widget

I specify that this happens when you deactivate all the plugins (elementor and elementor pro)
which could explain the phenomenon...the widget being deactivated...but instead of presenting the real image, it would present the default one

On this problem of May 2023......
We must understand by real image .... it is the image that you want to display and that you have selected in the media library and that the default image is the one called "replacement" in case of absence

I am very likely that the problem has been resolved since then.
I have also noticed that there seem to be display issues at times on the featured image of a webp page

and I have noticed display and saving issues for images that have characters or symbols in their url such as quotation marks or other characters of this type .... I have not found an example to present to you today for this answer
