Currently, if you jump to the top of a feed (like "home" or "federated") you get the latest at the top, then scroll-down for older. If you press the "9000 newer" at the top, it jumps to that.
I'd like to see a reverse order, where it tacks newer on the end but keeps your current position (doesn't jump to the end) and allows you to scroll into newer posts.
