Hi,
I am getting this below error while running Rnbeads script on HPC.


Error in dev.control(displaylist = "enable") :
  dev.control() called without an open graphics device
Calls: rnb.run.analysis ... new -> initialize -> initialize -> .local -> dev.control
In addition: There were 50 or more warnings (use warnings() to see the first 50)
Execution halted
RnBeads code;
