Support of Qooxdoo v7

Are you going to release the version supporting Qooxdoo v7?

The latest commits of the master branch already support Qooxdoo v7 (we build them against 7.2.1), you are welcome to test them. We plan to release Qookery 0.8 with official QX7 support soon.

I have installed v0.6.0. How should I replace it with the latest master branch? I've tried qx package install ergobyte/qookery@master but got the error No manifest file in '<...>/qx_packages/ergobyte_qookery_master'

I am not accustomed with qx package and its inner workings... my take is that only proper releases are made available through it, so you might have to fiddle with a git checkout.
