An Idea:

Update the Twitter bio automatically.

Have a "standard text" and a sponsored part:

Could be highlighting one of the sponsors, or only sponsors of tier bigger than X.

E.g. my twitter profile

European with a Danish Passport, living in Germany. 
PHP & TYPO3 Developer, DevOps, Golfing etc.
