Respawn indicator does not go away

I left bot running in Chromium for 14 hours. I took over at 9000. When I held down mouse for speed the respawn indicator hovered persistently over snake head occluding the play area.

Reloading the page seems to solve the issue. This is not the first time I have suffered this issue, but it is rare.
